Mummy Buy with LOVE RETURNS POLICY

We understand that judging your size during Pregnancy can be tricky, so we offer our online customers a full refund for unworn items that are in original resalable condition. All items must be 
returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact within 14 days of delivery.

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of hosiery or cosmetics. Lingerie & swimwear bottoms must be tried on over your own underwear.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS:

Orders placed on mummybuywithlove.com.sg with a shipping address* are eligible for FREE Returns.
For orders with shipping addresses outside the US, returns postage is made at your own cost.

Unfortunately due to restrictions within our system, we cannot accept online returns in store

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges, if you would like to try a different size please return your unwanted items for a refund and place a new order online which will be processed in the usual time frame.

REFUNDING YOUR MONEY

Once your returned items have arrived at our warehouse we will endeavour to process your return within 15 to 20 working days.

WRONG/FAULTY ITEMS RECEIVED

If you have received an incorrect garment you will need to return it before we can despatch the correct one. If your garment presents a fault please contact us at customer.line@mummybuywithlove.com.sg and we will advise you on the procedure to follow.
